Examples of Ukrainian Nazis and fascists, for the “buh Zeleski is a jew?!?!” people.

Examples of racism/euro-centrism during the Russia-Ukraine conflict

Add to the above list if you can, thank you.

Resources For Understanding The War Beyond The Bulletins

Defense Politics Asia's youtube channel and their map, who is an independent youtuber with a mostly neutral viewpoint.

Moon of Alabama, which tends to have good analysis (though also a couple bad takes here and there)

Understanding War and the Saker: neo-conservative sources but their reporting of the war (so far) seems to line up with reality better than most liberal sources.

Alexander Mercouris, who does daily videos on the conflict and, unlike most western analysts, has some degree of understanding on how war works. He is a reactionary, however.

On the ground: Patrick Lancaster, an independent journalist reporting in the Ukrainian warzones.

Unedited videos of Russian/Ukrainian press conferences and speeches.

Telegram Channels

Again, CW for anti-LGBT and racist, sexist, etc speech, as well as combat footage.

A few years ago the german Green Party was saying people who wave the german flag during football games are right wing nationalists.

Now they are among the most nationalist party we have, gleefully dealing out collective punishment towards Russians, accusing anyone who strays from NATO doctrine of being a Putin puppet and saying people who heat their homes too much this winter are traitors complicit in Putins ‘genocide’.

I don’t have a point here I just think it’s fascinating. Can’t think of a better example of the ‘scratch a liberal’ thing. They’re one successful Russian offensive away from calling for an new Operation Barbarossa.

Buying products or engaging in the culture of the United States while they were invading countries like Afghanistan, Iraq, Vietnam, Korea, etc, and currently in Yemen, which has had much worst civilian casualties than the Ukraine war by the way: not complicit in America's wars.

Buying oil from actual regimes in the Middle East where women and minorities are looked down upon at best, and violently oppressed at worst, and slavery is visibly being used: not complicit in the suffering of those people nor supporting their regimes.

Buying and supporting and even offering tax breaks to co-operations which use workers, many of them children, in sweatshops for barely enough money to survive and sometimes just outright enslaved in places like Bangladesh: not complicit in supporting slavery.

Taking a shower for 10 minutes instead of 2 minutes using gas from a country whose western flank has been turned into a staging ground for NATO forces for several years, along with being increasingly populated by fascist paramilitaries which had been murdering people who wanted to be part of Russia basically ever since Ukraine was an independent nation: you're basically a war criminal, you Kremlin scum.

The atomic unit of propaganda isn't falsehoods, it's emphasis.
