Add to the above list if you can, thank you.

Resources For Understanding The War Beyond The Bulletins

Defense Politics Asia's youtube channel and their map, who is an independent youtuber with a mostly neutral viewpoint.

Moon of Alabama, which tends to have good analysis (though also a couple bad takes here and there)

Understanding War and the Saker: neo-conservative sources but their reporting of the war (so far) seems to line up with reality better than most liberal sources.

Alexander Mercouris, who does daily videos on the conflict and, unlike most western analysts, has some degree of understanding on how war works. He is a reactionary, however.

On the ground: Patrick Lancaster, an independent journalist reporting in the Ukrainian warzones.

Unedited videos of Russian/Ukrainian press conferences and speeches.

Telegram Channels

Again, CW for anti-LGBT and racist, sexist, etc speech, as well as combat footage.

China watchers would see a photo of Xi eating a sandwich and decide that the topping including both meat and veggies means that Xi is signaling to his populace that his reign will be a balanced one.

Politics is when politicians lead you on a treasure hunt with various signs and symbology that depict their worldviews and future plans, and if you successfully decode these and convince your friends that you're right, you win a special trophy from somebody for being the best politics understander in the world, and then nothing further happens in politics nor can you change anything on a systematic level

"Did you notice that during the President's speech where he announced the construction of a giant blender the size of a football field where they're going to put homeless people, immigrants, and political dissidents, he sipped from his coffee cup much more than usual? Maybe this is a sign to the coffee industry that they're receiving subsidies this year! Subscribe to my youtube channel, BodyLanguagePol, for great discussion on these subtle things that YOU, yes, YOU, might miss in politics!"

I mean, I see people doing this shit with nancy pelosi as well. It's tedious. Though if I ever become a politician, I'm going to do this but only sometimes.

They simply wouldn't let us have a world leader with relatable kinks. If you're not into upper class stuff like noncery or pigs or Nazi uniforms you're out.

Kremlinology is becoming a thing again and I'm dying to hear their wild extrapolations based on communist leader trivia

Astrology and it's consequences blah blah blah.

Someone should start a politics stream where they infer what's going to happen politically and economically next week by reading the entrails of a goat. People would go nuts for it.

Well, with the Queen of England dead, those people reading meaning into the brooches she would wear had to do SOMETHING for work.
