You can't make this up.

Redditors have created r/VolunteersForUkraine to coordinate a joint volunteer effort in support of Ukraine. Many are already flying to Poland with the intention of crossing the border. Those who don't want to fight are using their airline points to pay for plane tickets.

I say we collaborate with the Russians to kill some redditors by proxy. God I fucking hate reddit.

I don't think anyone is serious about those accusations. But, like, if you're saying the same dangerous dumb shit a fed might say, does it really matter if you're not? Think of it as a way to remind comrades that public facing communication is inherently sus and to be vigilant, especially around topics that you definitely don't want coming up in front of a court. "Your honour, I was only shitposting is all" is not a good defense.

This, even if it is someone just edgy they're clearly communicating any response back to their own community and anyone taking the bait will say "see the leftist tankies really do want to work with Russia"

        Glad you agree.

What's with all these old, barely used accounts getting activated? Just had some crypto dweeb reply to a 3 month old comment to brag how shitcoin is helping Ukranian refugees escape with their "assets".

Any event like this drives up internet traffic on any site. So most likely stochastic increase in the probability of you running into a dweeb that stumbled in here from 4chan; but then again it could be that 1 in 1000 case where it is an op. Either way doesn't take too much effort not to take the bait.
